Umer leads the client-facing side of the firm, covering recruitment, proposal and capture coordination, business development, and HR. His career spans staffing, RPO, and workforce solutions, with clients across IT, non-IT, healthcare, and government contracting. He also spent time with a France-headquartered technology consulting firm on global hiring mandates. Trained as an engineer, he began in robotics before moving into staffing, a background that still shapes how he approaches complex technical roles. In his previous role, he led a 30+ member delivery team and helped drive multi-million annual revenue growth.

Talib co-founded Hiregenyx to build a firm clients could trust on the operational side, where delivery discipline and follow-through match the best in the market. He runs the operating engine of the business, including finance, IT, delivery infrastructure, and long-range planning. His career has been built on demanding, high-velocity recruitment programs, with deep experience in RPO and recruitment operations across IT, non-IT, and BFSI. He's an engineer by training with a process-first approach to building teams and structuring delivery. At his previous firm, he led a 35+ member recruitment team and closed 200+ placements in a single year on a BFSI program, a result that materially shaped that organization's annual growth.
