We spent years inside large staffing and RPO firms. The same pattern kept showing up across client after client. Proposal vendors that delivered submissions without understanding the staffing realities behind them. Clients juggling three or four partners just to get a single engagement across the line.
The problem wasn't effort. It was ownership. The people who scoped the work were rarely the people delivering it, and the gaps between vendors became the gaps in the outcomes. We started Hiregenyx to close those gaps. One firm, accountable for both staffing and proposal delivery, run by the same founders who shape every engagement.

We kept comparing notes from different employers and different clients. We started writing down the patterns and imagining the kind of firm we wished existed.

We launched with one promise. Clients would get one accountable partner for both staffing and proposals, run by the same people from scope to delivery.
