2022 to 2026

The firm we wished existed didn't. So we built it.

Recruitment lived with one vendor. Proposals with another. Interdependent services. Disconnected vendors. We started Hiregenyx to fix that, with one accountable partner from kickoff to close.

Founding context

The pattern we kept seeing.

We spent years inside large staffing and RPO firms. The same pattern kept showing up across client after client. Hiring partners that promised the world in the sales call and quietly passed the work to a back-office team. Proposal vendors that delivered submissions without understanding the staffing realities behind them. Clients juggling three or four partners just to get a single engagement across the line.

The problem wasn't effort. It was ownership. The people who scoped the work were rarely the people delivering it, and the gaps between vendors became the gaps in the outcomes. We started Hiregenyx to close those gaps. One firm, accountable for both staffing and proposal delivery, run by the same founders who shape every engagement.

How we got here
  1. 2022

    The conversations that started it all.

    We kept comparing notes from different employers and different clients. We started writing down the patterns and imagining the kind of firm we wished existed.

  2. 2023

    Hiregenyx is born!

    We launched with one promise. Clients would get one accountable partner for both staffing and proposals, run by the same people from scope to delivery.

  3. 2024

    The model proves itself.

    Our first high-pressure hiring ramp and our first portfolio of proposal wins arrived in the same year. Clients stayed.

  4. 2025

    Building the bench.

    We invested in senior recruiters, proposal leads, and a trusted network of specialists. Growth never came at the cost of quality.

  5. 2026

    Where we are today!
